“I've had the pleasure of staying in an apartment here for 7 nights and it was quite a good experience overall. Location itself is amazing! Walking distance from the tourist peak location, but still with some distance from it to experience the Madrid in it's everyday form. There's a huge marketplace across the street, there's a restaruand on every corner in this neighoburhood, there's a billion tapas bars around, there's even a vey and pet shop nearby.. speaing of which Bob W. is pet friendly which is a HUGE plus in my book. My apratment came equipped with basically everything you might need.. but what I found very convenient and smart was an extra USB carging cable as well as power outlet extension adapter. It's a small thing which helps you tremendously if you find yourself lacking a cable to charge some accessory. Building provides laundry room with extra toiletries and acccessories like towels and stuff, even a HDMI cable :) Unfortunately I wasn't able to use that cable with the TV in my apartment to connect it to my laptop.. for some reason I just couldn't change the TVs input source to the HDMI port. Apartment was very clean and obviously well maintained. There are multiple cleaning crews operating on daily basis in the building. The interior design could be a bit more modern but it's nothing really to complain over. All in all.. it's a great place to stay when visiting Madrid. And if I'm ever back, I'm deffinitely gonna stay right here again.”

“We spent four nights in March in Bob W and it was one of the best experience when it comes to accommodation. The apartment was neat and clean, spacious, with a functional kitchen. The soundproofing was impeccable, and a special impression was made by the large shower towels and the quality of available cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner). Communication run smoothly and we got precise answers to all our questions and doubts. It is a little bit unusual when you don't have contact with a real human being, but that's just an impression of someone from X generation. All in all, our stay in Bob W was very pleasant experience and I recommend this accommodation.”

“Great vibe and really comfortable place to stay! Very convenient and safe location, 20 mins to major sights walking distance, 20 min to airport (cab) and very accessible by public transport. Everything was clean, apartments were fully equipped and despite some minor issues, which were communicated with the team, all 11 of us were pretty pleased with this accommodation. Check-in is online, access to property is with code only and you can leave your luggage in locker room and explore the city before/after check-in/out - very convenient! Thank you Bob team!”

“Great value for money. Apartment was spotless when we arrived, checkin and checkout is done via their own website which is a very quick and easy process. Any questions or issues are resolved quickly by a chatbot which does actually connect you to a real agent if you request it, at any time of day. Perfect 5 star as I don't have any complaints.”

“Really enjoyed my stay overall, though a couple of things could be improved. What I loved: 1. The location is fantastic – super convenient and close to everything. 2. A welcome card in the room made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. 3. The room has a washing machine and a kitchen – perfect for longer stays. What could be better: The soundproofing between rooms is a bit weak. At night, I could hear neighbors cheering during a football match, and from another room, even someone snoring in the middle of the night, which made it hard to fall asleep. Suggestion: Better soundproofing or a quiet-hours reminder would make this place absolutely perfect. Still, a very good stay – would recommend!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Bob W Madrid Atocha is what hospitality is supposed to look like I arrived after a transatlantic flight with two cats who'd been in carriers for 12 hours — exhausted, early, and not able to check in until 3 pm. Carolina and Bob didn't just accommodate us, they went out of their way to welcome us. They let my cats decompress in their break room, got me into my beautiful two-bedroom apartment ahead of schedule, helped me get the Bolt app on my phone for transportation, and when it was time to leave, Carolina held my luggage for two days and personally coordinated shipping it to my next stop — keeping me updated on WhatsApp the whole time. The apartment is gorgeous. Huge, full kitchen, feels like a real home. But the people are the reason to book here. In 50+ countries of travel, this kind of genuine, above-and-beyond care stands out.
